This is a "Rain or Shine" Event. There are no refunds. 

BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR. Chairs will be available to rent, if needed.

VIP ticket includes one venue-provided seat in the VIP area. Seats are not numbered, first come, first serve on the day of the event.

BEER AND LIQUOR BARS TAKE CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS AND CASH. 

All attendees must have a Musicians For A Mission VIP, General Admission, or 12 and Under ticket to enter the music venue. No exceptions.

All vehicles must have either a General Parking Pass or Camping Parking Pass.

CLEAR BAG POLICY: Musicians on a Mission will enforce a Clear Bag Policy to reduce security screening interactions and expedite entry to Defender's Retreat. Guests can carry in blankets and jackets as long as they are readily available for screening at entry. Guests can bring in parental bags as long as they are readily available for screening at entry. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection and screening.

ACTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

No Ins & Outs. Once you enter the music venue, you will not be allowed to come in and out.

Tailgating in the Musicians For A Mission parking area is not allowed.

Food trucks may take cash and/or debit/credit cards. It is up to the individual vendor.

CERTIFIED SERVICE DOG: Allowed, must be on leash and under control of owner at all times. Aggressive or disruptive animals will be required to leave the premises, as determined by event staff.

NO PETS OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS ALLOWED at the event or in the event parking area, regardless of certification status.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE is allowed to be brought in to the music venue.

BACKPACKS AND COOLERS NOT ALLOWED. Clear purses, coats, blankets, baby bags are allowed. All will be searched by security.

No umbrellas, canopies allowed in the music venue.

No drugs or drug paraphernalia allowed.

No weapons of any type allowed.

No gang clothing allowed.

No drones allowed.

No professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses, audio,  or video recording equipment. Cell phones are allowed.
